Rich Osborne joined Becket as a Constitutional Law Fellow in 2023. Rich is not admitted to the D.C. Bar; he is admitted only in New Jersey and is supervised by licensed D.C. Bar members.

Before joining Becket, Rich served as a law clerk to the Honorable Eric G. Bruggink of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. After his fellowship with Becket, he will serve as a law clerk to the Honorable Alice M. Batchelder of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Rich earned his J.D. summa cum laude from Regent University School of Law. While in law school, Rich served as an Executive Editor of the Regent University Law Review and Vice-Chair of the Moot Court Board. He received his B.S. in Government from Evangel University.

Rich enjoys spending time with his wife, Yoseline, and also enjoys playing sports and chess.
