Religious groups mull Obama’s latest birth-control compromise

Kyle Duncan, a lawyer for the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty representing Wheaton College, which self-insures, declined to comment on whether the revisions would satisfy the evangelical school’s standards. “We don’t know if this announcement came as a result of the Wheaton lawsuit,” Duncan said. “We’ve now got a concrete proposal from the government. We’ll be going to the court to talk to them about it.”
