The Obama administration on Friday put out a new reporting system for private companies and religious organizations that object to Obamacare’s birth control requirements, designed to comply with the Supreme Court’s ruling in Hobby Lobby v. Burwell. The lawyers behind Hobby Lobby aren’t happy — but neither are groups like the ACLU and the National Women’s Law Center. The former say that the latest accommodation doesn’t solve their problems. ““The government keeps digging the hole deeper,” said Adèle Auxier Keim, legal counsel at the Becket Fund. “The government still won’t give up on its quest to force nuns and other religious employers to distribute contraceptives.”
