Rassbach of the Becket Fund, agreed, calling the voucher fear “silly.”

Becket Fund attorneys have argued Blaine Amendments are an impediment to school vouchers in those states that have them. But he said the group’s focus is on removing a sentence rooted in religious prejudice.
