William Seidleck
Constitutional Law Fellow

William Seidleck joined Becket in 2020 as a Constitutional Law Fellow. He is admitted to the Maryland and D.C. Bars.
Bill came to Becket after a clerkship with Judge Jay Bybee of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. After law school, Bill clerked for Judge Victor J. Wolski of the United States Court of Federal Claims. He was then a litigation associate at Baker Botts L.L.P. in Washington, D.C., where he focused primarily on appellate and Supreme Court litigation and dispositive motions practice. Prior to law school, Bill served as a Marshal’s Aide at the Supreme Court of the United States.
Bill graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He was the Online Executive Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. Bill graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Business Administration from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia.
Bill is from Crofton, Maryland. An avid model-train enthusiast, he also enjoys hiking and visiting historic sites.
