Teresita Rios

Teresita Rios joined Becket in 2023 as a Fellow.

Before joining Becket, Teresita graduated from Notre Dame Law School. While at Notre Dame Law, Teresita interned for Judge Damon R. Leichty at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. She also served as a senior editor on Notre Dame’s Journal of Legislation, and was part of both The Community Development Clinic and the Religious Liberty Lab Class. Beyond her studies, Teresita interned for the Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America, and was president of Jus Vitae (Right to Life) at the Law School.

Prior to law school, Teresita interned for an immigration law firm and was an AmeriCorps member. She graduated cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles UCLA with a B.A. in political science and a minor in Spanish.

Originally from Mexico, Teresita lives in Alexandria; she enjoys spending time with her friends, making new friends, baking, and exploring town.
